If you are ever dissatisfied with MAS, for any reason, just drop us an email at  help@griffinmas.com and we will take care of you.

Use your MAS trial to determine whether MAS is right for your business

We offer customers a free 10-day trial period, with no commitments and no contracts, with the intention of empowering you, our customer, to make an experience-based decision about whether or not MAS is the right CDN choice for your business. If you determine that MAS is not the right choice for your business you are welcome to cancel your account at the end of your trial period by contacting  help@griffinmas.com.

The 'Pay As You Go' Model

As a customer of MAS you pay for data transfer on a 'pay as you go' basis, which means you will never pay for more than you use. You can cancel your account at any time, so long as any balances due on invoices are paid beforehand.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any payments for MAS products and services, whether for invoices or prepayments to accounts. If you have any concerns or questions regarding charges to your account please reach out to us at  help@griffinmas.com.

In some special cases we may offer credits to your account, in the event we had extended downtime (more than 2 hours in a day) or you emailed  help@griffinmas.com and it took multiple days to get back to you.
